The next installment of our squash history links has a brief clip of Peter Marshall and Brett Martin.  Both of these gentlemen, who made #2 in the world at different times, make us question “what is correct technique”.  Well, good technique is what works, and for both these gentlemen it certainly worked.  Marshall with the two hands was amazingly hard to read and terribly accurate.  Martin hit the ball harder than an inappropriate metaphor and was perhaps the most deceptive player of his era.  Both are not only fun to watch, but provide some good food for thought regarding the nature of the game tactically and technically.  Enjoy the tiny clip below…
